We do offer hassle-free returns services ONLY in case of damages during transit or incorrect product delivery. In any other case, shipping charges will be born by you.
Please note, that none of the bridal jewellery is returnable, only in case of damaged/wrong piece received would be returned. An opening video would be needed in that case.
The return must be initiated within 3 days of the receipt of your order on WhatsApp +918928884530 or fill the Google Form Return/Exchange with a picture of the product received (along with the tag) and reason for return mentioned. You can also mail us on info@ravyaa.com with the details of the return.
You must also send a parcel unboxing video in case of wrong/damaged jewellery received. So take a video whenever you receive our jewellery, without a video we will not accept your claim
You must return the product in the exact way it was delivered, that is unworn, tags intact and sent back in the original packaging as received.
In case of SALE/OFFER, we don't accept return/exchange for the jewellery.
