1. What is Kundan Jewellery?

Kundan jewellery is the oldest form of jewellery in India with its origin dating thousand years back to the Royal Era of Indian history.   1. What materials are used to make the pieces of jewellery?

Each piece of jewellery at Ravyaa is made of alloy material plated with 24K micron gold of superior quality adorning the intricacy of the design and Shellac coating for the longevity of the jewellery. Further, we use semi-precious stones to embellish our pieces of jewellery. Also, note that these are gold-plated hence they are fashion and artificial jewellery. 

  1. Would products differ in appearance concerning design or colour as shown on the website? 

We may hint at a possible difference in the colour of the product when delivered to you varying from that of the picture on the website due to the lighting used in the photography of the product.

  1. How do I choose the correct size?

  1. Can the orders be returned if I wish to opt for some other product? 

Yes, you may return the piece delivered to you in an exchange for another product you wish to opt for. The return must be initiated within 3 days of the receipt of your order on WhatsApp - +918928884530 or fill the Google Form with a picture of the product received (along with the tag) and reason for return mentioned.   1. Do you provide warranty and repair services for the jewellery?

Yes, we do provide repair services for the jewellery bought at Ravyaa, but we do provide a 6months warranty from the date of purchase which includes the following repair services: 

  • Stone Fitting
  • Breakage of dori
  • Fitting Taar
  • Drops/ Kadhi/ Latkan Damage

Please note that we shall not render repair services for products with scratches caused due to regular wear and tear. Moreover, you can contact us for any repair services post expiration of your warranty.

  1. How do I track the order placed?

You shall receive a confirmation of the order placed on your email address or your mobile number with order details and the order tracking link for you to track your order throughout the delivery process. You can even track your order by filling shipping details by clicking here.

  1. How many days does it take for the order to be delivered to my address?

We aim to dispatch your orders within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed, followed by another 7-8 business days for the order to be shipped at your given address.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we do not ship our products internationally. Although, we shall keep you updated on any such developments in future.

  1. Can I place a bulk/ wholesale order?

We do not take wholesale orders or bulk orders.

   11.Can I cancel or update an order?

You can update or change your order within 24 hours after placing the purchase order with us. We at Ravyaa work tirelessly to ensure your order is dispatched at the earliest, hence we at times may not be able to cancel your order or update requests.

  1. What happens to my order if I am not available to collect the delivery?

For prepaid orders: Our delivery service providers make three attempts to deliver the product before returning it to us. 

For COD orders: The delivery service provider shall call before reaching your address to check your availability. In absence of the recipient, three attempts are made before the order is sent back to our warehouse.

  1. How do I clean or store my jewellery?

  1. Will my payment be processed securely?

We ensure a safe online shopping experience at Ravyaa with payment gateways being a sensitive aspect of the purchasing process. Thus, we host a secured ordering and payment protocol using the industry-leading Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption to process the payments. 

   15. How do I order an out-of-stock piece?

For out-of-stock product, you can write to us on info@ravyaa.com or message us on Whatsapp with a picture of the products. We are do our best to assist you with the same. 

    16. Can my order be gift wrapped?

We do not provide gift packaging but we will be sending the pieces in our lovely Ravyaa packaging.
