2. After using the jewellery, it is important to clean the jewellery thoroughly after every use for your pieces to stay as good as new, lustrous and gaudy.
3.Wear your jewellery only after showering, applying makeup, hairspray, gels and lotions, perfumes.
4. Keep your jewellery away from water, harsh chemicals, chlorine and salt water.
We do offer hassle-free returns services ONLY in case of damages during transit or incorrect product delivery. In any other case, shipping charges will be born by you.
Please note, that none of the bridal jewellery is returnable, only in case of damaged/wrong piece received would be returned. An opening video would be needed in that case.
The return must be initiated within 3 days of the receipt of your order on WhatsApp +918928884530 or fill the Google Form Return/Exchange with a picture of the product received (along with the tag) and reason for return mentioned. You can also mail us on info@ravyaa.com with the details of the return.
You must also send a parcel unboxing video in case of wrong/damaged jewellery received. So take a video whenever you receive our jewellery, without a video we will not accept your claim
You must return the product in the exact way it was delivered, that is unworn, tags intact and sent back in the original packaging as received.
In case of SALE/OFFER, we don't accept return/exchange for the jewellery.

We offer free shipping for all prepaid and cash on delivery orders across India.
We aim to dispatch your orders from the warehouse within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed, followed by another 7-8 business days for the order to be shipped at your given address.
